Today on August 24, 2005, I am going to introduce some students to blogging. I wanted them to see my addition for today. I hope they will start a blog and write more than I have.

The best change I have made in selecting books has been in buying at least three of a series at a time. The kids seem to love series and once I get them going, I then buy more. Thank heavens for Amazon so I can get them as quickly as they are published.

I've created this blog so I can rant and rave about what I like and don't like in today's libraries. I hope other people will agree with me or respectfully disagree and then make a valiant effort to change my mind.
